This is the first time I have received it. As others have said, the noodles are soft and thick. It felt more like Osaka udon than Sanuki udon. The udon soup was a little bland, so I felt it was lacking, but it's a flavor you never get tired of. I don't know if it's a bad analogy, but if you compare it with izakaya food and kappo food, it would be easy to understand that the food at this restaurant is elegant and light, just like the food at a kappo restaurant. I thought that each item was made with such care that I would want to train at this shop.

There is a delicious udon restaurant I came to the store because I heard about it through word of mouth! I went before it opened because it was Sunday. Several cars were waiting for the store to open... I looked a little early and was right! When it opened, we were shown to our seats and the place was full... It's popular! In less than 10 minutes, there were glimpses of people waiting outside the store... The seasonal fresh soy sauce udon (cold) has a sign saying Sanuki, but personally I think it's more chewy than Tsurushiko. It was very delicious! I wish I had made it larger⤵ I had a mini rice bowl, but I think that alone would be enough for women and children. The cooked rice is also flavored with dashi soup and has a lot of ingredients! delicious! ! The konbu udon is not just flimsy konbu, but full of authentic konbu, and the soup stock is the best! ! This udon restaurant was a big hit! ! This is one place I would like to visit again if I come near! !

Out of all the udon I've ever eaten The most delicious! Curry Udon, Kamaage was delicious. I'll come back later.
