It was really good sushi!!!

I bought mackerel and shiitake mushrooms for persimmon leaf sushi. The seasoning of the mackerel is not too salty and goes well with the vinegared rice. After that, when I eat shiitake mushroom sushi that has been cooked a little sweet, It's so delicious that you can eat many of them. I bought persimmon leaf sushi from various stores in Nara and ate it, but it was really delicious! It's a personal impression, but it's my favorite taste ♪ Also on the way back from Nara or Koyasan I want to buy it (^-^)

Visited on Saturday, April 9, 2022. I stopped by because the reviews were good. I didn't make a reservation (it was after 11 o'clock), but I was told that there were 3 types available, so I received 2 pieces each of mackerel, salmon, and shiitake mushrooms for 860 yen. It had a simple taste and was very delicious.
