!!! Hidden Gem alert!!! Great wood fired pizza made in their own wood fired oven! All the ingredients of the pizzas come from their own farm! The service was excellent. We were at the Wet stone museum and decide to make a dash and see if this restaurant was open, we arrived at 15h25 and they were closing but were still willing to offer us coffee, the coffee turned into a long chat and sharing photos and stories. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hidden gem, they do however recommend making a reservation to be served in one of the original tatami rooms but should you want to just walk in, last orders will be taken around 14h30.

It's a lovely old folk house-style shop surrounded by nature. Since I was traveling with a pet, I took a seat on the terrace, which was well ventilated and I was able to relax. The oven-baked pizza was fragrant and the vegetables were fresh and delicious. The size of the pizza was large and satisfying.

I received a visa set that included pumpkin soy milk soup and salad. We shared the Kujo green onion and teriyaki chicken pizza and the lotus root and meat miso pizza. The vegetables were very fresh. The atmosphere of the old folk house-style shop and the shop staff was nice, and the food was very delicious. It seems better to make a reservation before going.
