I live nearby. The vista over Kyoto is quite striking. The location of the restaurant is surrounded by orchards. The food is good and the setting is perfect; you can sit Western style in chairs or on zabuton. Always a wonderful experience. And the service! Piccorino is a perfect afternoon.
