I had the special salt ramen. The seafood stock is rich in flavor, the homemade noodles are chewy and go down well, and even the seaweed gives this dish a slight scent of the ocean. You can see that each ingredient is carefully prepared without disrupting the overall harmony. It was really delicious!

It opened in July in the former location of Tenka Ippin. The relocation of a popular store that was originally opened in Aichi Prefecture quickly became well-known, and when I visited on Sunday before it opened, there were already 16 people in line. The main dish seems to be salt ramen, but I heard that the special hot water ramen, which is limited to 20 servings a day, is still available, so I chose that this time. The noodles are smooth and have a good texture and are very delicious. The hot water soup also had a complex mix of flavors, indicating a high level of perfection. The two types of char siu were also of high quality and very delicious. The parking lot is not only for 4 cars in front of the store, but also in the parking lot right next door, so I don't think you will have any trouble parking. Come to think of it, there was a customer who said, ``I left Aichi at 5 o'clock this morning and came here by express bus.'' It seems like you have a strong fan base. In the future, it will become more well-known as a popular store. Next time I would like to try the salt ramen.

Noodle shop Kirakumu kiramu ramen Store name: Menya Kirakumu kiramu Location: Ujitawara-cho, Tsuzuki-gun, Kyoto Prefecture Budget: around 1000 yen I went to Ujitawara-cho, Tsuzuki-gun, Kyoto Prefecture because "Noodle shop kiramu (Kiramu)" opened a new store. The location is Ujitawara, where the same ramen shop “Tenkaippin Ujitawara (closed on April 10, 2023)” was originally located. After training at "Muteppou" in Kyoto, he opened in Chita, Aichi Prefecture on January 6, 2017, and was known as a ramen shop with long lines, but closed on October 28, 2022. After that, it was announced on June 12, 2023 that it would move to Kyoto Prefecture. On May 24, 2023, the day of the preliminary survey, construction had not yet taken place and there were no signboards or posters, but when I went to see it again on July 22nd, signboards were installed. When I actually went to eat (August 9, 2023), there was a waiting room near the entrance. Arrived 30 minutes before opening, there were no customers yet, and about 6 customers were waiting 10 minutes before opening. I visited the new store more than a week after it opened, but it was a great success as the store was full immediately after the opening. Menya Kirakumu is a shop that offers 2 kinds of tanrei ramen and 1 kind of plain hot water. The dashi stock for the salt and soy sauce ramen is a double soup that combines a seafood-based soup with clams, kombu, dried sardines, and dried fish, and a soup made from chicken bones, whole chicken, and vegetables. The base soup stock of white hot water ramen is a soup that uses "chicken hot water, dried sardines, and dried fish." In the store, you can eat "salt ramen, soy sauce ramen, sparkling white hot water ramen" etc. (white hot water ramen will be available at a later date). I visited on August 9, 2023 and tried "Soy sauce ramen". As mentioned above, the base is a double soup that combines seafood-based soup such as clams, kombu, dried sardines, and dried sardines with soup of chicken bones, whole chicken, and vegetables. In the case of soy sauce, a blend of soy sauce from Saitama, Okuizumo, and Aichi was used to create a sharp soy sauce flavor. The soup has a taste similar to Japanese soba, and the first impact was the sharpness of the soy sauce with the impression that it was 'edgy'. However, as I continued drinking, I also felt the umami of "chicken bones, whole chicken, and vegetables", and the impression was that the soup was combined with the seafood soup in a good ratio. I think it's a well-balanced ramen with a trinity of soup, noodles, and char siu. Since it's light, I thought it was a memorable ramen that left an aftertaste and made me want to eat it again by adding an edge to the soy sauce sauce. The opening date (opening date) is July 29, 2023 and the visit date is August 9, 2023.
