Tahara, Aichi, Japan｜日出丸

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we only had one Taiwanese curry dish, but it was a hit and it was very delicious. The ingredients used are from the local Atsumi Peninsula, and the rice is apparently made by himself. The mapo tofu with large clams mentioned in other reviews looks delicious, so I hope they make a comeback.

I had been interested in it for a while, but couldn't find the right time, so I went in for the first time today. Soy sauce ramen! It's a soup I've never had before, and apparently it uses something called ``Chinese soy sauce.'' But it was delicious! Also, the salt ramen wontons were chewy and delicious. Grilled giant clams are also irresistible for shellfish lovers! There's already a hidden gem of a restaurant like Nanohana Almond for dessert! That's what it felt like!

The large clam mapo tofu set was delicious. I ate it on a hot day, but my appetite increased. I ate it all ☺️ The Japanese-style dashi goes well with the spices, ◎.
