Italian restaurant chain Marino. The food is buffet style, they have a variety of salads, pizzas, and desserts, drink bar is also available. It is kid friendly, and they’ll even sing happy birthday song in italian if requested. They also hold some cooking classes for children sometimes. It’s a great alternative for those who want to eat some good food for a reasonable price (considering the restaurants inside the park) The food is delicious and it’s mostly vegetarian friendly and we plan to come back.

The pasta price is around 1,400 yen, but the set price includes a salad bar and natural yeast pizza (it's a single slice, but it's quite large!). You can also get a free drink for an additional 120 yen. I stopped by on my way back from Legoland. I think this is a store that is friendly to families with small children. Children were given a free welcome drink, and there was also a special kids menu.
