Chita, Aichi, Japan｜Spaghetti House Kamimura

A coffee shop-like restaurant in Chita City where you can eat ankake spaghetti. The shop has counter seats and table seats, and it feels like THE old coffee shop. I went for the ankake spaghetti and it was a big hit! I loved the sauce spaghetti called carso (carbonara with meat sauce), and I ate it all over the place. Caruso is spaghetti that is generously sprinkled with black pepper and slightly entwined with egg and then topped with ankake sauce. Anyway, the spicy noodles with a lot of black pepper are delicious, and it goes well with the spicy ankake. This is very addictive (laughs), and "Caruso Fever" comes once every few years, so I really can't finish it (^ _ ^;) I think Nagoya's Ankake spaghetti is a spaghetti that makes a clear distinction. It's like saying "Ankake spaghetti Chita ver". By the way, Toyohashi has a different sauce spaghetti. (Ankake Spaghetti Toyohashi ver)

Authentic ankake spaghetti. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes it. I'm so addicted to it that I can't eat other ankake \(^^)/
