I visited here because I wanted to eat cold ramen that is only available in summer. When I used to be in Yatomi, I used to visit once a week in the summer, but after moving to Kanie, I stopped going. It's the first time since the move, so it's been more than two years, but the taste hasn't changed and it's very delicious. A clear seafood-based soup with bonito flavor, chewy noodles, and two types of char siu. In particular, the soup has a deep flavor, and the gentle taste is a deliciousness that permeates the body. In the past, the yuzu pepper topping was placed freely, but it was a pity that it was gone. It goes especially well with chilled ramen. There are various genres of ramen, but I think that this Chinese soba is a healing ramen that is gentle on the stomach, as opposed to the gutsy type. I would like to visit with a small child, but it is a pity that the seats are only at the counter.

This is the fourth time I've visited since the move. The bonito soup stock was stronger than the Chinese noodles I had at Nakano in Marunouchi a long time ago. This is really delicious. It's still a refreshing taste. With light Chinese noodles, It goes great with sweet mixed rice.

The store staff is very nice and the store is very clean and tidy. When I went after 11:30, I was able to sit down without waiting, but by 12:00 there was a wait. I like light ramen. I like salty or soy sauce flavors, and straight, thin noodles. It's hard to find ramen that I like, but Suzuki's Kakasoba was the best! The thin noodles had a light soy sauce flavor, and the menma and chashu were delicious. Lunch came with a bowl of self-service rice. 2023.8 I've been there many times since then. When you taste the soup for the first time, you'll be so happy that it's really delicious. I feel like the char siu on top is a little smaller than the first one, but it's still delicious ♪
