The main dish, Chinjao loin, has crunchy green peppers and is delicious. Also, the egg soup is delicious. There was shumai as a side dish, and this shumai actually had hijiki in it, which is an interesting idea. Overall it was hearty and very good. Also, the inside of the store has a good taste in that the ceiling is finished with structural plywood. This time, I had hiyashi chuka [1000 yen including tax]. The noodles are firm and delicious. The soup hidden under the noodles has a very good balance with the noodles. And the ingredients on top are colorful and look beautiful. What deserves special mention is the carrot, and this time it was the butterfly.

Today, on the way to Costco, I had lunch with my family at the Agui parking area. I've been here once before and the special shirasu pasta was impressive, so I thought I'd try it again, but unfortunately the pasta disappeared from the menu for some reason. However, there are many other delicious menus! Today, I had Chita Happy Cutlet Curry, Toyohama Shrimp Shio Ramen, and Margherita.
