For some reason, I became a refugee for lunch while touring the Chita Peninsula. I want to eat hot ramen on a cold day, but there are not many shops. And here we are. My partner had the Taiwanese ramen and shrimp chili sauce from the ramen set, and I had the Taiwanese miso ramen and mapo tofu from the ramen set. The spiciness that makes you sweat is delicious and warms you up. I found a delicious restaurant.

A Chinese restaurant located along the national highway near Uenoma Station in Mihama-cho on the Chita Peninsula. It seems to be a chain with a Taiwanese chef, which is common all over the country these days, but the miso is that the appearance of the store is not the usual yellow background with red or black lettering. The food is as delicious as other Taiwanese and Chinese restaurants. In the first place, Chinese cuisine is rich in variations, with ingredients, seasonings, and presentations differing depending on the region and chef, so I think the comparison itself doesn't make much sense. What I was particularly happy about this time was the Taiwanese sweet and sour pork. At typical Chinese restaurants, sweet and sour pork consists of vegetables such as onions, bell peppers and carrots, fried pork, and a sour bean paste, but here, there are no vegetables, and the black vinegar-based bean paste is used to create a gem. It's worth coming here just for this. (I was so happy that I forgot to take a picture.) The amount of rice is generally large, and it would be nice for hungry students.
