Toudai Ramen was packed, so I was about to go somewhere else when I happened to pass by Todai Udon. There were a few people waiting too, but my partner wanted to try it, so I went. I ordered the shrimp tempura miso stewed udon set, and my partner ordered the doteni, which was the Nagoya set meal. The miso stew udon was delicious, and my partner said the set meal kishimen was delicious too, so I went home with a delicious meal😋 I also want to try the Nagoya set meal next time, so I want to go again 👍

Visited on Sunday, October 8, 2023. If you enter the store right after opening time, you will have to wait inside. Given its location, this restaurant is loved by locals and tourists alike. I ordered the special miso stew udon. The miso used is not Hatcho miso, but the store's original blend and ingredients, so they are very particular about it. There are many toppings such as chicken, pork, rice cake, and fried rice, and the noodles are chewy. Even if it is slightly overcooked, it will not become flattened. But I sucked up the soup so much that I couldn't stop. On the way home, I took out fried chicken wings (salt). This was also delicious! Thank you for the meal!

It's a popular restaurant, so there was a line at lunch. The waiting time is probably about 15 minutes. I was guided to the tatami room and asked for a Nagoya set meal and shrimp tempura miso stewed udon. It was very delicious and satisfying.
