The way it was fried, the amount of cabbage, the toppings for the pork soup, the customer service, the pots (drinks) for each table, the replenishment of seasonings, no matter what you ordered, it always tasted the same! There is a huge difference in quality between stores, but 90% of the time the katsuya is delicious.
