Today, after watching the Handa Festival, I visited Bistro La Fette. The interior of the store is bright and clean. I was welcomed by the chief's wife with a smile. Today, I ordered the chef's choice course. Appetizers were pumpkin and bacon quiche, marinated swordfish with eggplant and caviar, and chestnut soup. In particular, the chestnut soup was unexpected, but it was very delicious. The freshly baked baguettes made by the chef are also delicious as always. The second appetizer, abalone risotto, liver liver and yuzu pepper sauce, had a strong accent sauce that brought out the flavor of the abalone and was very delicious. The fish dish is wild red sea bream with vermouth sake and butter sauce. This was the chef's signature dish, with the sauce complementing the ingredients. The main meat dish is beef loin with shallot sauce and sweet potato gratin. Looks good and tastes good. Dessert was an apple, raisin, and walnut tart. Grape sherbet. Ah, it was delicious. 100% satisfied this time too. On the way home, I said hello to the chief. He says that he usually avoids contact with customers as much as possible and concentrates on his work. We had a great time with the lovely smiles of the chief and his wife and the delicious food. thank you very much.
