For the main, I chose "Pork loin saute grapefruit sauce". The meat was exquisitely cooked, and although it was a little rare, it was definitely cooked. The sauce had just the right balance of sourness, sweetness and bitterness. The garnished vegetables were colorful and voluminous, making it a satisfying main dish. Two types of bread came out, but it was a little disappointing that it was margarine with butter instead of butter.
