Hekinan, Aichi, Japan｜Minoriya

Went there at lunchtime. There was exquisite Hekinan Yakisoba made by a wonderful proprietress. The inside of the shop has an old-fashioned feel. Impression that there are many regular customers. Rabbit and Kakuhekinan Yakisoba were delicious with plenty of vegetables. The parking lot is in front of you across the road. You may be confused about how to enter, but once you enter, the proprietress will guide you. It was so delicious that I want to try other dishes. I will repeat!

I visited for the first time on a Sunday afternoon while regulars and what appeared to be locals were chatting inside the store. It's Hekinan Yakisoba, but it's as thin as ramen and delicious with lots of vegetables. Instead of regular sauce, it is seasoned with the local specialty white soy sauce, giving it a unique flavor. The proprietress is very friendly and the shop is very popular. If I have a chance, I would definitely like to go there again.
