Hekinan, Aichi, Japan｜小進庵

This is a restaurant I searched for and found near the Kinuura Tunnel in Hekinan✨✨There are only about 10 seats inside, but there is a parking lot, which was helpful🚙 The photo is of sauce katsudon (my personal favorite). The price was cheap and it was really delicious ♥ There was a lot of variety on the menu, including nostalgic Chinese noodles. If I have a chance, I would like to try other foods as well.

A good old restaurant. The inside of the store is small, but I wonder if delivery is the main thing. Noodles and rice bowls are plentiful and reasonably priced! It seems that there is also sushi, but Sukeroku and sushi rolls are more than authentic sushi. Among the extensive menu, the one that caught my eye was “Tempura Chinese Soba”, ramen with tempura!? It took a while to arrive, but the ramen with two shrimp tempura appeared. The oil from the tempura oozes out of the Chinese soup, and it's delicious! Crunchy batter and batter softened by Chinese soup. Although it is the main tempura, it is also a good deal to have char siu on it. Chinese soba at a Japanese restaurant, it was a restaurant that I would like to continue to visit.

I ordered the Katsudon & Chinese Soba set. Two single items have come out (⁠^⁠^⁠) They seem to be happy to change the contents of the set if you request.
