A restaurant cafe run by the Mikawa Mirin brewer. It was a wonderful cafe where I enjoyed mirin and used it as a reference for cooking at home. Mid September For lunch, I had the ``Seasonal Fish Moromi Pickled Gozen.'' The fish was salmon. It was added to the moromi and had a deep flavor and was very delicious. The colorful appetizers were each carefully seasoned and satisfying. Among them, the one in the center [Lemon yogurt flavored radish marinated in mirin lees] was delicious and had a taste you couldn't find anywhere else. Ordered an additional dessert. The ice cream served with mirin syrup was also exceptional. At the entrance, there is a space where you can purchase soft-serve ice cream and other products that can be eaten with several types of mirin, so even those who don't have a lot of time can enjoy it. Pudding using mirin I was interested in a tour of the warehouse. I would like to visit you again.

I booked a tour of Ohama Teramachi and a mirin lunch through a travel agency and enjoyed it. The Mirin Kakuni Gozen was very filling! I also ordered a strawberry parfait! It contained mirin-flavored ice cream and pudding, which was a new flavor. On the way home, I went to the shop next door and bought umeshu with umeboshi and mirin, and black soybean amanatto. Lunch time was busy and the place was full.

I went to eat both the Kakuni Gozen and the Seasonal Fish Gozen, and both were very delicious! I preferred fish! The flavor of mirin is strong! The portions are large enough to fill you up with just the gozen meal, but there were many wonderful desserts as well, so I ordered some extra. The desserts change depending on the season and the mirin pudding, so I wanted to go at different times of the year. It's crowded when it opens, so it's best to make a reservation before you go. I got the impression that there were a lot of people waiting when I went without a reservation on holidays. On weekdays, it was empty from around 1pm. I thought it would be difficult for children because of the stylish atmosphere, but they also provided chairs for children, which was helpful. There was also a shop next door that sold the food we ate, so we bought some to take home!
