I visited Candle, a local steak restaurant. This restaurant is doing well in the steak industry, which is crowded with chain restaurants. The order was the famous miso-simmered fillet cutlet set meal (small rice). Miso is a sweet red miso similar to doteni. I'm passing the fillet cutlet through this. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top. Five fillet cutlets are placed on a hot iron plate topped with shredded cabbage. The set meal includes miso soup and rice (the photo is small). This amount is enough for me. The miso-simmered fillet cutlet is rich in sweet miso. When you bite into it, the coating on the fillet cutlet is crispy and has an irresistible texture. It's a local flavor that you can never get at chain restaurants. The restaurant has over 10 table seats and tatami rooms, so it seems like it can accommodate a large number of people. Comes with a drink bar. The clerk was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I felt that this restaurant was loved by local regulars. It seems that you can also order bento boxes. No smoking on Saturdays and Sundays (this is important!). I remember that it was a pool bar more than 30 years ago. I used to come here to play billiards (lol)

There are 30 centimeters of specialty jumbo fried shrimp. Thick and filling. In Chita, Ma ◯ has a cafeteria and says jumbo fried shrimp, but this one is bigger. Nothing compares.
