Even carbonara alone is very delicious with a rich and creamy sauce, bacon's saltiness and umami, and pepper's flavor and spiciness. Ankake sauce accentuates the flavor even further. It's a little different from the famous ankake pasta made by stir-frying thick noodles in oil. It feels like there is an ankake sauce with a proper Italian bottom up. I don't have a picture, but the oil-based pasta is also delicious.

The store has a lot of bottles, stylish water bottles, and a cozy atmosphere ^ ^ There is also a parking lot! I ordered 1.5x carbonara with ankake sauce and an after drink. I was wondering what it would taste like, but it's really delicious! It comes with carbonara cream and slightly spicy bean paste!

I visited around 11:30 on Sunday, but it was already full. There is only one master in the kitchen. The food was well prepared, but it took a while to be served. The taste was really good. I asked for a lunch plate, but even I, who eats a lot, was full. My wife who asked for pasta said that it would have been better if it was a large serving. The atmosphere of the shop is a little old, but I like it because it tastes great. I think it's a wonderful shop that you should go to if you're in the neighborhood.
