I'm on a sugar-restricted diet, so I'm happy that there's a meat or fish-based course that doesn't include pasta or pizza. I visited Verger, a farmhouse restaurant in town that I had been interested in for some time. The appetizers were very elaborate, and you could choose the main salad, and I chose the crab cream croquette, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The dessert was also delicious with kiwi on top. There were so many delicious-looking cakes in the show window that I was confused. The coffee was from Italy's famous LAVAZZA and was very delicious. Apparently they also have pasta and pizza. The interior was also cute. This is a stylish and very relaxing restaurant.

About 8 years ago, the owner of this restaurant approached us about wanting to start a Western food restaurant, and we were in charge of the business. Visited for the first time in a while for maintenance. I was happy to see that the inside of the store had a great flavor and was being used with great care. If I remember correctly, the concept is a Western restaurant in town that uses vegetables from farmers. I remember that I designed it based on the image of a restaurant in New York that I stopped at while traveling.
