For my birthday dinner, I visited a nearby Brasserie Coo for the first time in a while. It was a great French restaurant. First of all, from appetizers to desserts, every dish was perfect. Appetizers looked beautiful and I could feel the freshness of the ingredients. The cold soup had a rich taste, and I was able to spend a heartwarming time. The fish was perfectly cooked and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The meat dishes were also beautifully cooked, full of aroma and flavor. Special mention should be made of the excellent bread. The crunchy texture and deep flavor made the meal even more enjoyable. The wine lineup was also a perfect selection. The dessert cheesecake was a perfect harmony of sweetness and sourness, and it gave me a feeling of happiness after the meal. I've been wanting to visit this store for a long time, and I finally got to visit it. I got the fish menu for B lunch. Assorted appetizers were served on one plate, and the appearance was beautiful and the seasoning was delicious. The main fish was also fluffy and delicious. I was also interested in the pasta for A lunch, so I would like to visit again.

No matter what I eat, it's made very carefully and it's delicious and I'm grateful that I can listen to the ingredients that I'm not good at.
