Before going to Takahama Kawara Art Museum, I had lunch since it was nearby. A cozy shop that has been around for a long time and is loved by local regulars. There are udon, soba, and set meals, and you can change the rice to Takahama's specialty torimeshi! (lunch time) The seasoning for this Torimeshi differs depending on the restaurant, but it was very delicious, and I finished two large bowls of it with my family's favorite seasoning. Both the soba noodles and curry chicken Namba udon were delicious, and the boiled cutlet set meal was exquisite! By 12:30, the place was full and there were about 3 groups waiting. Although it's not nearby, I would like to come again!

It probably feels like a local udon restaurant. There are about 6 parking spaces in front of the store and 5 on the other side of the road, but it was full on a Saturday afternoon. I decided to wait for a while and wait for a space to become available. After waiting for about 30 to 40 minutes, customers started coming out one after another, and we finally parked. When I entered the store, there were about 2 groups waiting. There are 4 table seats (for 4 people), 6 seats at the facing counter, and 3 seats in the tatami room (for 6 people), so it doesn't feel large or small. The staff will hand you the menu while you are seated, so you can decide before you sit down. Chicken rice seems to be popular. Is the boiled cutlet set meal 1,300 yen and the miso cutlet set meal 1,300 yen (all set meals come with rice and udon (cold or hot)) the standard? A large bowl of noodles costs 300 yen more, and replacing udon with soba costs 50 yen more. It's crowded, so you'll have to wait quite a while to place your order.

Cospa is the strongest! I ordered a miso stewed udon set meal for about 1000 yen. The rice can be changed to torimeshi, so I chose torimeshi. The miso stewed udon comes with plenty of vegetables, chicken, and half-boiled crackers. The noodles were homemade noodles, and they were a little thin and not chewy. It was delicious. Torimeshi was also delicious. The cost performance is good, so I will come again if I come nearby. It was a weekday lunch, but the seats were full. Parking was in front of the store and across the road.
