Anjo, Aichi, Japan｜Bistro Chez Ishida

I visited without a reservation and had dinner. The appearance of this hidden gem was very nice! All the food was delicious and the space (atmosphere) was very well created. The price was good, but since Anjo citizens can get salvia stamps, it feels even more like a good deal ❤️

We had a great time in the restaurant's homely atmosphere, with courteous customer service and beautifully presented food. The recommended beef stew was full of chunks of beef that melted easily while still retaining the flavor of the meat, making it a satisfying meal.The demi-glace sauce had a slight sourness, and was creamy and not too sticky. The caramel gelato that came out for dessert after the meal was delicious.It wasn't too sweet, yet had a rich flavor that made me want to order another one just for that. It was a shop that I wanted to visit with my loved ones because of the quality above the price.

It was my family's birthday, so I searched and made a reservation in advance. It was nighttime, so I thought it was a normal house!? The ⓟ on the side of the store was not available, so I looked at the guide map and went to the back ⓟ. After all, it was dark and I was worried about whether it would be okay here, and it was hard to stop. The food was delicious, and by the time the main course came out, I was pretty full, and I wanted to take dessert home (laughs). I was surprised that the meat was soft and the gizzards had no particular odor and were very easy to eat. If you tell them it's your anniversary in advance, they'll prepare a plate for you. I want to come for lunch next time.
