This is a delicious udon restaurant that you will want to visit once a month. 550 yen for a large serving and kakiage. Cheap and delicious. The person next to me was eating udon rolls deliciously. Some people put grated yam in udon and ate it.

There seem to be some franchise stores these days, but this is a long-established store that makes real, long-lived udon noodles made from the original soup stock without cutting corners! It's a very delicious restaurant with good dashi soup and the best taste for Nagoya people. I love it so much that I can't help but eat at least a large serving. I've been going here and there for about 35 years now. I think the fact that so many elderly people are seen here is proof that the food is gentle and delicious.

The soup stock has a high salt concentration, so it's the perfect meal for physical labor in the summer.
