Hekinan, Aichi, Japan｜Uotetsu Hekinan Honten

Since I made a reservation without ordering food, it took some time for it to be served. I think it's delicious and you can't go wrong no matter when you go. Thank you for the meal.

I ate a catered lunch at the festival. Not only were there variations such as the mixed rice with soup stock and the petit eel bowl, but the taste of the simmered eel was also good. It was delicious even when it was cold, so it might be even better if it was freshly made.

The shrimp are slightly sweet and the sashimi is chewy. It's hard to describe, but it's definitely different. Is the soy sauce local Hekinan soy sauce? Easy? Not thirsty or persistent. It tastes good.
