Nishio, Aichi, Japan｜Sasaya

This is my first time posting, but this is my second visit to the store. Before Corona, I didn't wake up to a gourmet post yet. By the way, Mr. Sasaya enters a high-end Japanese restaurant in Nishio City. This time it will be a lunch visit. Sasaya Kaiseki served in a completely private room (4,500 yen). All 8 types starting from the tip. All of them are particular about the ingredients, elegant seasoning and sufficient quantity. We spent about 2 hours relaxing. It was too relaxing, so I ended up drinking two half-bottles of wine and became bloated (laughs) Anyway, it was a wonderful time.

I used to visit this restaurant on a business trip, and it was a delicious restaurant. If possible, I want to go when it's private (laughs) When it's work, I can't concentrate on eating (laughs)

I can only use it about 2-3 times a year, but I always feel happy when I have a delicious bowl of soup stock. I made a reservation this time for my friend's birthday in November. At the end, we added matcha, and spent 3 hours relaxing and had a very satisfying birthday party.
