This alone shows the careful work. Tempura is king oyster mushroom, white fish, eggplant, and lotus root. Freshly fried and piping hot. Boiled fish is rockfish. The seasoning is light and I like it. The sashimi is bonito and parboiled mackerel. Chawanmushi contains shiitake mushrooms, ginkgo nuts, and kashiwa, and is also delicious. The miso soup has a strong white, winter melon, tofu, and green onions. and tuna salad. I also like how they use seasonal ingredients. I felt the difference between the heavens and the earth from the shops that serve ready-made ingredients and frozen foods fried or warmed up. 1280 yen is quite a bargain, and all of them are delicious and carefully made. Finally, it is even more surprising that almond tofu (also handmade) and iced coffee are included. The store has about 10 seats at the counter and a tatami room. Is there parking for about 10 cars? It seems to be a popular place for housewives at lunch time, but at night, it's probably filled with alcoholic men. Behind the counter, the general is briskly cooking. It's also fun to see them. I want to become a regular and get along with the general! It was a shop that I felt strongly.

It was a local restaurant that I took for the first time, but it was a wonderful restaurant where I could spend a comfortable time, even though the appearance and interior of the restaurant had only the atmosphere of a high-class restaurant where you can enjoy polite work. The scent and taste of each ingredient tickled my nose and it was fun and delicious. The tempura sauce was not so thick that you could enjoy the taste of the ingredients! ◉ Squid dumpling I was shocked by this! The strength of elasticity that pushes back and the strength of sweetness and umami come and go (laughs). ◉ Horse lean fillet sashimi Even though it's lean, it's so smooth and soft that it melts, and the texture is chewy. Every time I chew it, it tastes like meat and has a rich umami flavor. I was able to meet a new and delicious horse sashimi. ◉ Salt-grilled tuna head Full of my favorite collagen! It's fresh enough to be eaten even if it's a little rare, so I was able to taste the feeling of eating a meat steak. The plump and juicy deliciousness of the fat was not as bad as it looked, and the volume was more than perfect! The sake lineup is also wonderful, so I definitely want to eat sake together next time. It goes without saying that the freshness and deliciousness of the selected ingredients is a matter of course. I was able to find a store locally. Recommended for a little special day or time with someone special! Other than the food, the staff at the restaurant are kind and you can spend a very good meal. Another thing is the restroom of a restaurant that women are interested in, but this is shared by men and women.
