Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Chika-san no Teryori

A very cozy place. Although the couple owners couldn’t speak much English, they offered great hospitality. The food was great. The pork fillets were very well deep fried and reminded juicy. One of the best meal in Nagoya. Definitely recommended for anyone who visit Atsuta Shrine nearby.

Excellent quality and cozy atmosphere with Japanese-western cuisine

I went here two years ago and came again this year. I stumbled upon the place entirely at random and it has been my favorite. The couple that runs the restaurant is super nice! The husband speaks English and helped us with the menu. (No English menu). Please get the chicken! It comes with rice, vegetables, and miso soup. They also have a few chicken combinations that come with either shrimp, scallops, or pork. Also nearby is a nice temple and park. I wish I could I have stayed longer at the restaurant but I had a train to catch!
