First pasta cuore! I saw it on Instagram and wanted to go there someday, so I made it just in time for peach parfait season lol. My daughter and I are having lunch together. The appetizer dressing and salad were delicious, and the dressing was purchased separately. The pasta is also ingenious in many ways, and I can only admire the chef's knowledge and skills. What about the parfait? The peaches (sorry, sweaty) stacked up nicely and went really well with the fresh cream and vanilla ice cream. Since I live in Nagoya, I always choose VOLONT for pasta, but it's hard to choose this one! I will come back to try other pastas.

Today's lunch is at [Pasta Cuore] in Nisshin City, Aichi Prefecture. It is said to be a popular restaurant, so make a reservation online in advance before visiting. There is a parking lot for 3 cars in front of the signboard next to the shop and a parking lot for 20 cars across the road. When I entered the store, there was a waiter, but I made an online reservation, so I was able to guide you to my seat. This shop says, "We are constantly pursuing pasta and parfaits unique to Japan that only Japanese people can make." The menu was divided into four categories: specials, seasonal ingredients, new interpretation series, and classics. I was attracted to the special sea urchin beef spaghetti in the special category, but the price is 5280 yen. Plus, if you add more sea urchin beef, the total is 9080 yen. However, the spaghetti here is mainly in the 2000 yen range, so we ordered the most popular "ultimate charcoal-grilled meat sauce" with 100% beef hamburg steak. And, first of all, the salad is on the plate. The "edible dressing" that comes with this salad is delicious. It's just an edible dressing, and it's filled with vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, etc., and has a muddy feel. This dressing is sold at this shop's online shop, so of course click it! While doing so, an explanation card was placed on the table stating the particulars of the spaghetti ordered. The card also has recommended wines for pairing. It took 6 years to find a meat sauce unique to this shop and sell it as a product. No ready-made products or chemical seasonings are used, and it takes six days to make the meat sauce from the veal bones. The hamburger sways when you shake the plate, and when you break it with a fork, it becomes as soft as if you were breaking up a pudding. At the point where the shape is about to crumble or not, the flavor of the meat and meat juices are wrapped in it, and the pasta, meat sauce, and pecorino romano cheese made from sheep's milk are thoroughly entwined. Thoroughly stewed Japanese beef shank, beef hamburger gravy, spaghetti boiled in kelp broth, and pecorino romano cheese. Satisfied with this new interpretation meat sauce spaghetti that does not use minced meat. The taste of the hamburger steak and the meat juice were also well-lived as one of the seasonings, and the richness of the taste remained in the mouth for a while after eating, which was very delicious. I thought it was a really nice store. The pasta is carefully arranged one plate at a time, It is also pleasing to the eye. The customer service of the store clerks is also very good, I was able to eat comfortably. My wife who went with me was also very satisfied. It's a really nice shop to find 😊
