It was worth standing in line! Since it was my first time here, I ordered the normal ramen first! Very delicious! The atmosphere is very nice and the owner is kind. Holidays are very crowded, so it is recommended to go on weekdays 😊

I came here to eat for the first time in about 10 years. I can't come here often due to the location, but it was just as delicious as before. Apparently the ramen is delicious, but for me "Barbara = Abura Soba" That's how delicious the abura soba is. There may be other restaurants that are better than this one, but for me, this is the one that made me fall in love with abura soba (mazesoba). Please be careful as the parking lot in front of the store is narrow.

It's been a while since I visited the store. It's been 18 years. The store is a little dark, but it is regularly cleaned and the restrooms are especially clean. I think it would be better to make it brighter because it has hands on it. I arrived at 1pm and there were just a few seats available. I ordered Abura Soba ¥850 + Large Noodles ¥110. In about 5 minutes, the rice bowl is ready, with minced meat, chives, onions, an egg on top, and a large pile of crushed garlic on the side. Probably the correct way to do this is to mix everything all at once, but I'll try it a little at a time. I was under the impression that the oil itself was mushy, but the seasonings are thick and the gochijang flavored soup is perfected by adding garlic, so if you can't eat garlic, it's best to avoid it. This is good ramen. The noodles are curly, thick, chewy and delicious. Once the egg is added, it becomes milder, so if you crush it in the middle, you can enjoy the change in taste. The ramen is oily due to the abura soba, but the onions are added in the middle, so the texture is good and you can eat it without getting bored. I'm glad I came here after a long time. I had some delicious ramen.
