This is a pork cutlet restaurant that has been around for a long time, but this was my first time here. The pork cutlet is coated in a fine and firm coating that gives it a meaty feel, but it's not tough at all, and you can feel the work of the chef. This time I received Katsuhayashi, and I was satisfied with the taste and volume of the roux. Green peas and Fukujinzuke will also whet your appetite. It's a restaurant where you can enjoy a good value lunch on days other than Sundays, and the proprietress is very kind and will make you smile. Thanks for the meal.

Showa retro dining room "Ippei branch" with a tasteful storefront. I've always wanted to try the katsuhayashi here (^^) I went here for the first time today! This restaurant has a lot of tonkatsu-centered menus, and it seems that they have been focusing on it for a long time. ● Katsuhayashi (regular) / 970 yen The pitch-black hayashi has a strong taste as you can imagine, and the well-cooked preparation is the feature of this hayashi. The green peas enhance the old-fashioned feeling~ Crispy tonkatsu under the thick roux. This is a nostalgic dining room meal! The flavor is strong but delicious! The Higashi Mikawa area has a lot of old restaurants like this. I want you to continue forever. I'm rooting for you ＼(^^)／

I ordered the pork cutlet set meal (above) ¥1,400 (tax included). Tonkatsu, which is crunchy and chewy, is delicious. Other people have posted, but next time I will ask for homemade mayonnaise when ordering.
