It's delicious. The kakiage was so crispy that I ate half of my meal with just this. The store is run by the clerk's older brother, mother, and old man, so they seem to be a father-son family. It has been 40 years since its founding. That's right, this den opened just as I got my moped license and came to Irago for touring. I must have passed it many times by now. I wish I could tell that to myself back then. 40 years from now you'll be riding your bike here and having lunch. It seems that when it first opened, it was operated as a coffee shop, and the interior has an atmosphere that looks like something out of a scene from Kimagure Orange Road, which was popular at the time. It may feel nostalgic to my generation, and retro to young people. In its current form, the restaurant has stopped serving breakfast and has specialized in a set meal restaurant. When paying the bill, I asked if you had a water pot. I wonder if your brother rides a bicycle too, considering he's kind enough to provide you with ice water. For those who cycle, we recommend this restaurant as it has a large portion and a wide variety of lunch options♪ I will come again when I come to Irago.
