Tahara, Aichi, Japan｜Sugiura

It is a town Chinese restaurant in Tahara City. I stopped by for lunch. There is a lunch volume and it is delicious. Will use again!

Ramen is very delicious. The fried squid curry is also recommended!

Even though it is in the Tokai region, there is "tanmen (salty)" on the menu. (Salty) is a presence. Since it contains shrimp and beaten egg, it should be classified as seafood tanmen or special tanmen in the Kanto area. When I ate it a long time ago, I feel that "squid" was also included. A must-have item when you are short of vegetables. correction "Salt" was "salt ramen". "Squid" also had pieces when I ate it later.
