The kodawari no tantanmen is S-tier and perhaps the best I’ll ever experience in my life. They say taste is subjective but actually, it’s not - this is the most delicious thing that exists anywhere in the known universe.

The most palatable mapo tofu I have ever eaten. It's not too spicy, and you can feel the umami. Stir-fried green peppers and shredded beef, and the mixed salad, which changes depending on the season, go well with beer and are recommended. Also, since I use it instead of an izakaya, I think it's a point that I can go without getting tired of the daily blackboard menu.
