I went there for duck soba. Unfortunately, the duck soba was already finished at lunchtime, but the Tanuki Tsukimi soba I ordered was delicious. The noodles are a little stiff, but the dashi is well entwined and easy to eat, so I wanted to repeat it. Overall, the pricing is worrying. If you have 1000 yen, you can basically eat anything.

You can eat delicious soba without going to a soba restaurant in Nagano. I have never eaten better soba than here in the Tokai region. Please try the duck steamer and compare. If you eat it with the deep flavor of the duck bamboo steamer and the noodle soup, you can feel the deliciousness and firmness of the soba itself.

When I came, my stomach was laughing w “Kamo Seiro” allows you to enjoy two textures with one soba. One is to dip it in the soup, and the cold soup tightens the soba, making the noodles firm with just the right amount of texture. The other is to add it to the piping hot duck steamer, but the heat instantly softens the noodles and gives them a gentle texture. Unlike the hard noodles I mentioned earlier, I was surprised to find that the noodles are so soft that you can chew them with your lips and teeth. With this dish, you can enjoy your meal while constantly changing the taste. The duck seiro is also a little darker, and the duck meat with moderate fat is combined with the soup stock, and it is so delicious that you can drink it as it is. After the meal, the last thing I look forward to is “sobayu”! It is handed over in a square hot water bottle that is filled with water, but you can drink it all up with plenty of time. You can drink it as it is, or you can dilute it with leftover soup or duck bamboo steamer. By the time you finish drinking all of it, your body will be completely warm. A warm soba restaurant run by a couple of old men and women who will satisfy your mind, body and stomach. In addition, if there is time, I will definitely go to eat! !
