Okazaki, Aichi, Japan｜Seiryu

I had a set of tempura noodles and tenshin rice (¥890 including tax). The mapo sword-cut noodles were very spicy, but it was delicious with a seasoning that made you feel not only the spiciness but also other flavors. I've never eaten Tenshinhan before, but the picture posted here was beautiful, so I wondered what it would be like and ordered it (I left the Chaozu). It looks like a string of soft eggs wrapped in a disk shape, and it looks beautiful. It was right after the store opened in the afternoon, so it was still empty, but even after subtracting that amount, the food arrived quickly, and I thought it had the triple threat of fast, delicious, and cheap. It's far from my house, so I can only go when I have something to do in Okazaki, but if it was in my hometown, I would probably use it every week.

I ate "Mara sword-cut noodles" and "Pork menchi and stir-fried vegetables rice". Tasty, hearty and satisfying. When I entered the store around 12:00, the store, which was sparse, was full in 10 minutes. It must be a popular restaurant. From the seats here and there, the pot rice was up, so I thought I'd ask next time.

I went there at noon. I ordered a set of Taiwanese sword-cut noodles and pork fried in soy sauce. The sword-cut noodles are served hot with just the right amount of spiciness. You can't eat it while sipping like ramen, but it feels pretty good. Pork stir-fried with soy sauce is rice topped with red bean paste. The astragalus stopped for a moment when I saw it, but when I ate it, the soy sauce, the umami of the meat, and the aroma of the peppers were a perfect match, and it was delicious! ! As a bell pepper lover, this is one of my favorites.
