Very good! 👍👍👍

I was finally able to go to a store that I had been curious about for a while. Basically, fried foods and hamburgers are the main dishes, and the restaurant recommends pork cutlets, which are definitely thick, big, and textured. After being hesitant, I ordered just the fried fish as a side dish and the beef tendon cutlet curry. The fried fish was a thick white fish with a crispy coating and was very filling. The beef tendon cutlet curry had a thick roux and the beef tendon was melty, and the batter on the cutlet was as firm as the roux, with just the right amount of fat and thickness, making it very delicious. When we arrived around 7:30 pm, there was one group in front of us, so we had to wait for about 15 minutes, but it wasn't painful. I was guided to a counter seat. My wife and three daughters visited here, and my wife had the Japanese-style hamburger and salted mackerel set meal, and my daughter had the loin cutlet set meal. There is a parking lot for 8 cars on the right after entering the alley next to the store and proceeding about 50m. It has become one of the stores I would like to visit again.

Arrived 10 minutes before opening time (11:30) on Saturday. I was one group ahead in line. I ordered half and half pork belly with miso and salt and extra rice. Miso soup is red. The miso cutlet is delicious with the spicy mayonnaise. The rose cutlet eaten with salt is also delicious. There are two types of dressing for cabbage, as well as mayonnaise, tonkatsu sauce, komi sauce, and a wide range of other dressings. Next time, I want to try the loin cutlet grown in Nishio.
