When I was looking for a store with a lot of word of mouth around here in Okazaki, This soba restaurant (?) in a secluded area became a hit, so I immediately drove to visit it. It's lunch time, but the visit day is Sunday, weekday lunch, I can't order, I ordered 3 color soba. The color of the buckwheat noodles in the soba dish is certainly three colors. Each of them has a taste of soba, and I quite like soba, but it doesn't seem to be sticky like udon flour, and since it's the original hard noodles of soba, I was able to enjoy the three different textures of delicious soba. , is very good. Soba soup was also included, and I was able to eat it like a full-fledged soba (maybe my impression). Popular menu soba noodles with warm duck noodles I ordered it, and it was packed with flavor from the dashi and white onions, and it was so delicious that I wanted to take it home lol.
