I arrived 30 minutes before opening and was the 5th person in line. There was something to write your name at the entrance and a number 8 tag, so I wrote it down, took my number, and waited in my car. While I was waiting, more and more cars started coming in, and by the time the store opened, it was full. The exterior and interior were different. The interior had recently been renovated and had a clean, modern Japanese feel. The food is stylish and the tempura is a mix of Japanese and Western styles and is delicious. There is nothing else like it. Is the soba stone ground? You could taste the buckwheat flour, and although the amount was small, it was delicious. The clerk was very polite.
