You can choose the main course from several types of affordable lunches, and when I visited, I was really worried about the attractive lineup. My wife found it on a map and wanted to go, so we came here. I arrived at 11:40 and was barely able to get a seat when the restaurant opened at 11:30. There are several types of lunch options, and we chose pasta for lunch. The appetizer salad was a Caesar salad. The amount of salt is perfect. Contains sea chicken It's rare. This is also delicious. Peperoncino with whitebait and asparagus...Pasta comes with a baguette. Shirasu looks like Ajillo And it's ridiculously delicious. I don't like asparagus myself, but this was delicious. It's also fun to dip the baguette in leftover sauce and eat it. Carbonara...I shared my wife's. This is the first time I've had carbonara with such a perfect amount of salt. Generally speaking, if you eat carbonara elsewhere, it may be salty or watery. This one is really great. I ordered an additional creme brûlée...I added it because I like brûlée. This is also the best. It's an extra charge, but it's worth it! Looking at other people's photos, it seems like the pasta changes depending on the season. It was the best store. I'll come back later. On the last Sunday of July 2022, I left my home in Toyohashi at around 11:15 a.m., and 15 minutes later, I called from my car to make a reservation.A staff member answered and happily took the reservation. I did. When I arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes later, they had prepared a table for two in the back. From the AUBE lunch price of 1,400 yen, we chose oysters and broccoli peperoncino, pizza with homemade tomato sauce and Margherita, and for an additional 400 yen, we went for the roast ham and tomato Italian salad that comes with the set, and two types of chicken liver appetizers. I had it with pate, prosciutto, and mozzarella. The set also comes with a drink, so I ordered an espresso and a glass of wine for an additional 300 yen. I also ordered a rich creme brûlée (350 yen) and raw texture gateau chocolate (450 yen) from homemade dolce. Everything from appetizers to pizza, pasta, and dolce was very delicious. Dolce was more than just a cake shop. It's hard to find such delicious gateau chocolate. The same goes for creme brûlée. The cheese used in the appetizers and margherita also tasted of very high quality. All of the male staff members responded with the refreshing attitude of a young sportsman, and at the best timing served each of us with a plate of appetizers with wine, followed by pasta after the pizza was finished.
