I ordered Juwari Soba for an extra ¥200. The slightly flat soba noodles are not as lumpy as I expected, but have a chewy texture. Salt should also be delicious at this level, but I didn't try it because it wasn't on the table, but I think I'll try asking for salt next time. The tempura was also crispy and crispy, with shrimp, pumpkin, onions, shiso leaves, and eggplant, which was too good for a lunch menu. I had it with tempura soup, but I think it would also be delicious with salt. The small bowl of taro and meat miso is also delicious! The chawanmushi is also just right. Now ¥1500 is cheap! Repeat decision! This time I used a colander, but there were many different menu items, so I wanted to try something different. Is the owner also a wife? The customer service was also polite and excellent. Thank you for the meal.

A great value lunch set that includes tempura, chawanmushi, a small side dish, and rice. The wasabi soba noodles were exquisite, with a spicy and addictive wasabi taste that goes well with soba noodles. Soba itself is light and easy to eat. (Next time I'll make it bigger) The tempura is freshly fried, crispy, light and not greasy and delicious. Tempura is usually served with salt, but eating it with tempura sauce is also delicious. The inside of the restaurant was clean and I was able to eat in peace.

It's hard to find the store, but it's a famous store around here. Soba is... It doesn't have a strong aroma* (I don't like strong flavors, so I eat it with salt). But it also feels delicate. Next time I would like to enjoy 100% buckwheat or duck nanban. *Since it is June 2021, the scent of soba noodles is weak, so I will correct it.
