As mentioned in the review, the amount is not large. For men, it might be better to serve this with rice. I feel like it's based on elderly people. The ingredients are green onions, fried eggs, eggs, and yuba tempura. simple. The soup is not as thick as it looks and is surprisingly refreshing. But it's sweet because it's Hatcho miso. Kakukyu Hatcho Miso After a 30-minute factory tour from 13:00, enter this restaurant Kyuuemon. Ordered miso stewed udon 1,000 yen and kushikatsu 300 yen. Take a delivery ticket with the order details and take a seat. Tea and water are self-service. After about 10 minutes, my number was called and I went to the reception counter. The scent of Haccho miso that smells from the simmering miso stewed udon invites your appetite. The udon and soup are transferred to a bowl, and when you take a sip, the rich miso is deeply flavored and very delicious. Fried tofu and green onions inside. And the soft-boiled egg was also a good accent, and it was delicious until the end. It was a feast. Approximately 20 people participated and advanced in light rain.
