Serving the traditional “udon” noodle soup in generations. My father took us here for the first time in winter, and I remember I was shocked by its tasty fish-based broth. Since then they keep the same high quality being served and for that I am very happy. Highly recommended.

This is a popular udon restaurant in Okazaki and for a good reason, the food is delicious! The udon noodles are made fresh at the restaurant, there is a viewing window so you can watch them make the noodles. Because of the restaurant's popularity you may have to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. Parking is also limited, but there are paid parking lots and a train station nearby. The menu is in Japanese, but the staff can help you order. They have tempura udon, curry udon, etc. They also have soba, though I don't think it's made fresh in the restaurant. This restaurant is definitely popular for its udon. Open for lunch and dinner.

Really good handmade udon, tempura and other dishes. A must for visitors to the area. Good value for money
