I thought it would be busy on the weekend right after summer vacation started, so I made a reservation for the barbecue over the phone. If I didn't call before business hours, I couldn't get through at all in the evening. I also downloaded a slip from the internet and filled out the order for sweetfish tsuki. Arrived about 30 minutes early on the day. The parking lot in front of me was still empty. Everyone, about 10 minutes ago, one representative started lining up at the store. We checked in in order, and since we had made reservations for the barbecue, we were immediately guided across the river to our seats. The kids came wearing swimsuits under their clothes, so we changed in the car and headed to the river! Goggles that allow you to see underwater? I also brought nets and sandals. It's very shallow so I think it's safe even for small children. It was hot, so it felt great to dip my feet in the water. We enjoyed scooping up small fish with the pudding cups that came with the barbecue and dipping into the water. Soon, the broadcast called for sweetfish catching, and even though it was difficult to catch sweetfish when they were small, now that the children have grown up, they were able to catch them easily and the whole thing was over in no time (lol). I get salt and skewers for the barbecue and return to the barbecue area. I called out to an old man who was alone and asked him to teach me how to skewer sweetfish. We also lit a fire and slowly grilled the ayu. It was very delicious. I also ate meat and vegetables. Does it look small? That's what I thought, but it was perfect for my family. If you can eat a lot, I recommend ordering separately. Drinks can also be purchased with cash at the barbecue area. The old man was very busy, so he later taught other groups who were fishing for sweetfish how to thread the skewers lol. There is no time limit for the barbecue, so you can relax all day long. To clean up afterward, wash the skewers in the washing area and put them in a bucket. Garbage was separated and thrown away. I borrowed the restroom from the store and it was clean. You can also pay using PayPay. Although it was a busy day, I didn't find any of the staff members as unpleasant as some of the reviews say, and when I spoke to them, they responded with a smile. It's not an elegant shop, but a traditional, homely one. I would like to go again next year!

Today I went to Ogawa Yanade to eat shaved ice. The shaved ice served on the terrace while watching the river flow is exquisite. I want to go eat there again next year.
