Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan｜Matsufuku

Lunch at Matsufuku for the first time in a while🎶 My husband had tempura udon. I'm shrimp kuzushi. I have a lot of trouble looking at the menu, but in the end I always end up with shrimp crumbs (lol) It’s really delicious 😋🎶

This is the first visit. I ordered the yose miso with firm noodles and it was delicious. This is a store with no mid-day holidays!

Udon... I've been looking for it, and found it in a place that's a bit difficult to find, and try to enter. There is my favorite "Miso Nikomi Udon" on the menu. I ordered it with suspicion that it was authentic, but although it was not in Nagoya, I didn't betray you❣ Probably Okazaki Hatcho miso (?) The udon is hand-made, and the raw noodles of the hand-made udon are put in the miso soup and boiled (?) There was no betrayal. It was delicious❣(≧∇≦)b
