I thought it was still empty at 12:00 on a weekday, but it was already full and I was seated waiting for one person to leave. The next person who came in heard that the place was full and gave up and went home, just barely safe! It's already the second time, so it's a very popular store... There are many delicious-looking menu items, but first we'll have the specialty, ``Yaki Tonkatsu Lunch''. I was able to choose the sauce for the tonkatsu, and I went with the ``miso'' that was listed first. The wait time after ordering was not that long. The grilled tonkatsu arrived. The coating is thinner and more even than fried tonkatsu, and it seems to absorb less oil, making it healthier. delicious! Perfectly cooked to taste the sweetness and flavor of the fat! Thick and fatty meat is the best pork for this grilled tonkatsu method. However, since it is light, it goes well with a rich miso sauce and goes well with stove-cooked rice. I imagined a grilled pork cutlet with a unique character, but it is a dish that is made with great care. Homemade perilla miso using perilla grown in Toyokawa is also included, which makes the rice even more delicious. This Toyokawa perilla miso may be the mastermind behind this restaurant. I also sell them at the cash register, but I gave up on that day because I couldn't go straight home. Thank you for the meal! Ah, I can see why it's always crowded. The menus that other people are ordering also look delicious! I feel like the hall staff are a little nervous because they are so busy, but I think it would be good to look at them warmly. The grilled tonkatsu was a specialty, and you can add a small item to the set meal. From a business perspective, restaurants are doing well, as they can easily add items they want to eat, such as sashimi, or take out perilla miso. It may be difficult to get into this popular store, but if you have the chance, go for it!
