I had the fried rice and ramen set meal. Is the ramen soup chicken bones? It's so delicious! Fried rice was also perfect. Although the information is somewhat ambiguous, if you think about it, "Chinese Cuisine Seiryu" is a restaurant with a dedicated chef who has the concept of pursuing authentic taste. The store feels old, but if you look closely, the exterior and interior are magnificent. However, the menu has an appealing urban Chinese feel for the masses! ●Soup noodles (Suchin chamen/Gomoku ankake ramen) ●Gyoza Shirukeito noodles are 750 yen! There is a large amount of ang itself, so it mixes well with the noodles. Sweet and delicious! Vegetables such as Chinese cabbage are crunchy, and pork and squid are also great ingredients. Also, it's a must-have item for the cold winter! The gyoza has a thin skin and a classic taste. It's not that there are a lot of vegetables, but I guess they are particular about the size of the cuts to give the texture of the vegetables. Basically, experienced Chinese chefs cook vegetables in a short time using high heat, so they have a technique that brings out the texture of each vegetable even when it's hot. It was a delicious Chinese restaurant. I'll come again (^-^)
