Fluffy, fragrant, and goes well with rice! I realized that I had eaten “real” hitsumabushi for the first time! 😆

I got the hitsumabushi. I am very satisfied with the plenty of eel and the stable taste.

There's plenty of freshly grilled kabayaki in a bowl with a lid that's so hot you'll almost burn yourself. The kabayaki sandwiched between the rice comes out as you eat. The taste of the sauce is not sweet, so it is refreshing. We recommend the special top bowl❗ Hitsumabushi is also available individually. I think it's cheap for eel.
