I ordered dandan noodles, fried rice, and fried gyoza. You can enjoy very delicious Dandan noodles. The sesame soup is rich and very creamy. It's so delicious that you'll want to drink it all. The ham and chashu fried rice is flaky and pressed into an iron wok, so it's fragrant and crispy in places. The fried gyoza has springy, chewy skin, and the filling is accented with chives. The oolong tea comes out first, and it's strong and delicious. Everything was delicious. The customers are mostly local adults and the atmosphere is calm. People were coming all the time. It's true that the wife is unique, but I like how she comes over to pour tea as soon as I run out of tea! Isn't that part of the uniqueness of this store? Above all, the food was delicious, so I would like to come back again. *Revisited in September 2023 (I have visited again many times) I ordered dandan noodles, fried rice, and shumai. The dandan noodles and fried rice were delicious as always, and this was my first time ordering shumai, and it was soft, juicy, and full of flavor. Whatever you eat at Horai-tei is delicious!

It's delicious no matter what you eat I often order the sweet and sour pork set meal, and the flavor of the sweet and sour pork filling is the best, and I often eat it by tossing the leftover bean paste with the chicken karaage that comes with the set meal. Personally, I like Negikarashiramen, but the noodles are thin, so it may vary from person to person. Does the soup have a bit of vinegar? It was so unique that I was hooked. I've been going there for years now, and every now and then I get the urge to go. There was a comment about the wife who runs the store...I know this may seem blunt, but I just want to say it clearly so you don't get inconvenienced by being busy and being slow to respond. When I came to the store, they remember me and say sorry for the other day, they come over for tea even if I don't have to, and they keep the plates of food I've eaten in one corner to thank them. He goes out of his way to tell me things like that, and it's easier for me to interact with him than to be weirdly clingy.

The inside of the store is calm and comfortable, and it feels like a Chinese town. The food is also delicious.
